| 2009.8.19 | KTNV ABC, CHANNEL 13 FEATURES DISC GOLF!
Channel 13 ran a series of spots on Disc Golf for their morning show today; John Ricker, Jon Canonico, Arek Whitmeyer & Steve Berger were among the golfers out at the course. | 2009.8.16 | FAREWELL TIM!
It is with great sadness that the PDGA must announce the passing of a member and great friend, Tim Selinske, #2206. Tim passed away in the early morning hours of August 14th after a long battle with Langerhans' Cell Histiocytosis. He had been under going treatment for the last 8 months when his condition took a turn for the worse earlier this week. |

The Las Vegas Disc Golf Club is involved with the Freedom Park redesign. We met with City representatives and construction management this morning and began the redesign.
I'll post the updated map over the next couple of days on the Freedom Park page. |

Aaron emailed the park is open and he's playing in the morning! Course looks good - the actual park dedication is scheduled for May 27th. Pat says the course is long and tight with lots of OB. |
